GiveVision is a public limited company that develops and deploys low-vision headsets in sports and cultural venues. Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains how GiveVision collects, uses and protects your personal data related to our headset deployment services at sporting and cultural events at venues with which we collaborate.

We may share data with event organizers and service providers under GDPR-compliant agreements. We never sell personal data.

7. Visitors' Rights

Visitors may review copies of all personal data held by GiveVision and request to amend, rectify, or delete their personal data. Visitors may also limit, restrict, or object to the processing of their data, as well as request that their Personal Data be provided to them in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format.
GiveVision may rely on the Visitor's initial consent to process data collected prior to the Visitor's withdrawal of consent. To exercise their rights, the Visitor may submit their request by sending an email to: hello@givevision.net
The Visitor's request will be processed within the legal timeframe. GiveVision, in order to comply with legal retention obligations, may store certain Personal Data in intermediate archives.
